Farmer in Three Springs 1925-1929 [19] [34]
On 17 February 1925 took out a contract with the Midland Railway Company to purchase 639 acres of virgin land in Three Springs [27]
The 639 acres was Lot M976 of Victoria Location 2022 and came at a total cost of £335, payable by instalments over 15 years [27]
Sold the 639 acres to CUMMING Bros on 30 January 1926 (and they sold it to Conrad A. E. BUSSENSCHUTT in 1929) [27]
In 1929 advertised a 13-hoe McCormack drill, 4-furrow McKay plough, 10-disc Sundercut and steel boiler roller for sale [4: 9-Feb-1929]
