In 1910 was assisting his brother David in his blacksmithing business in Three Springs [9: 27-May-1910]
Later entered into partnership with his brother and together they ran the blacksmithing business under the name of "Todd Bros" [154]
Todd Bros donated ten shillings and sixpence to the Moora District Hospital Fund during November 1912 [9: 15-Nov-1912]
Along with Thomas J. BERRIGAN of Three Springs he went to Coorow in October 1914 after rumours of alluvial gold [10: 16-Oct-1914]
In February 1915 he and his brother closed their blacksmithing business in Three Springs to go gold prospecting [10: 5-Feb-1915]
Two months later, in April 1915, they were working fixing the boilers and pumps at the Rothsay Mine near Perenjori [10: 23-Apr-1915]
Returned to Three Springs before leaving again in September 1915 to work repairing mining machinery in Wariedar [10: 1-Oct-1915]
By September 1917 he had returned to Three Springs [10]
Won the "Thread and Needle Race" at the Three Springs Day held in Three Springs on Wednesday 26 September 1917 [10: 5-Oct-1917]
