Conducted the business independently after dissolving partnership with Ernest A. M. KIDSON on 20 December 1929 [4: 28-Dec-1929]
Following their partnership dissolution Rupert H. LAFFAN of Carnamah became the TS agent for the Ford Motor Co [4: 18-Jan-1930]
