In March 1910 two of his daughters were sent by train from Carnamah to the Swan Native & Half Caste Mission in Midland Junction [497]
He expressed that he wished to "take the two little girls away from the mission when their education is finished" [497]
His younger two children remained with him and his wife in Carnamah [497]
