Around 1910 he acquired a further 2,700 acres of grazing land in Carnamah with Victoria Location 3315 [44]
Resided in the Perth suburb of Claremont 1910-1912 and at 25 Hamilton Street in the Perth suburb of Subiaco 1913-1915 [6] [44]
In 1912 and 1913 his land in Carnamah appears to have been run by Norman William Leopold FADDY [6]

In 1915 his farm in Carnamah was still being leased to William J. FARRELL [39: 9-Dec-1915]
During the 1921-22 financial year sold his 3,100 acres of land in Carnamah to GREEN Bros of Carnamah [44]
From 1911 until at least 1924 he was also the owner of Lot 17 in the Three Springs townsite [44]
In 1924 he was living in John Street in the Perth suburb of Cottesloe [44]
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Peppermint Grove [2]
Died 11 July 1957; buried at Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth, Western Australia (Roman Catholic, HA, 801) [2]
