Her land in Dudawa was listed as care of her husband, who four days earlier had purchased Lot M808 ^[27]
Resided in Geraldton until 1913, and then resided on her and her husband's farm in Arrino, named Cintra, from 1914 to 1921 ^{[19] [44]}
From 1914 to 1916 she employed William J. WEST as farm manager of Cintra Farm in Dudawa, East Arrino ^[19]
Completed repaying the instalments on her Cintra Farm in Arrino, which she sold to Robert W. CONNOLLY ^{[27] [44]}
Later resided in the Perth suburb of Leederville ^[2]
Died 27 June 1934; buried at the Karrakatta Cemetery in Perth,Western Australia (Anglican, KA, 100) ^[2]
