He and Alice had agreed to financially support one of their children each, however the Court ordered him to support them both [526]
A warrant was issued for his arrest in March 1905 as he failed to comply with the order for the support of his children [527: 8-Mar-1905]
At the time he was believed to have possibly shifted to New Zealand [527: 8-Mar-1905]
He was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build, dark complexion and a dark moustache [527: 8-Mar-1905]
