She purchased 400 acres of virgin land in Coorow, Western Australia from the Midland Railway Company on 7 April 1925 [27]
The 400 acres was Lot M1548 of Victoria Location 2023 and cost £300 (15/- per acre), payable by instalments [27]
Sold her 400 acres in Coorow to Eliza M. JACKS on 23 January 1929 [27]
By 1927, when their daughter Dawn was born, herself and her husband had left Coorow and shifted to Perth [P196]
They resided at 27 Congdon Street in the Perth suburb of Swanbourne and her husband worked as an Artificial Limb Maker [P196]
By 1928 they had left Perth and shifted to Three Springs where her husband was a Farmer and Builder [4] [6] [19]

They later returned to Three Springs and after leaving her husband during the 1940s she left Three Springs and moved to Perth [P196]
One of her jobs while living in Perth was at the Beaufort Arms Hotel [P196]
Later shifted to Wiluna, where she died at the age of 54 years [P196]
