"Mrs. Fances Lavinia Batty, a resident of Arrino, was picked up dead on a road near by, the result of a trap accident. The Coroner has dispensed with an inquest, as the circumstances pointed to the fact that death was purely accidental."

"Mrs. Batty, wife of Mr. Batty, of Arrino, was killed last Saturday through bring thrown from a spring cart. How the accident happened is not known, as she was not found for some hours."
