He and his brother also took up the 4,912 acre Victoria Location 9923 but it was cancelled in 1961 and taken by Clem BROUN [3]
On his own he had the 4,353 acre Victoria Location 9924 from 1949 to 1961 when it was taken over by Noel BROUN [3]
He and his brother farmed and resided on Barokee Farm in Waddy Forest until 1965 [19]
In 1965 he purchased Lots 13 and 14 Main Street in the Coorow townsite and had a transportable home erected [3]
