Initially he and "Fred" Albert F. KING, who wasn't related, slept at Erindoonout in the open and in a bark hut [7: page 119]
They used a horse and cart to get supplies and in 1924 purchased a Cletrac tractor which they used to clear and plough up land [7]
Began growing clover, wheat and oats reaping four to five bag crops which were used to feed pigs bred on the property [7]
In 1924 he and "Fred" Albert F. KING ploughed up a 40 mile long road from Erindoon to Three Springs [7: page 118]
Parts of Erindoon were listed in rate books under his name before later showing up under the name of "Fred" Albert F. KING [3]
Married Louise SELLENGER in 1930 [66]
In 1936 he was working as a Labourer and living on Fortescue Street in the Perth suburb of East Fremantle [50]
Later resided in Rockingham [2]
Died 19 June 1997; ashes interred Fremantle Cemetery, Fremantle WA (Roman Catholic, CC, 1525) [2]
