Purchased 1,240 acres of farmland in Carnamah from Clarence N. ROSS on 25 July 1929 [27]
The farm consisted of Lots M983 and M992 of Victoria Location 2022 on the north side of Reading Road, Carnamah [27] [62]
On purchase the farm still had the majority of its £540 owing in instalments to the Midland Railway Company [27]
They completed paying all instalments on the 1,240 acre farm and became its freehold owners [27]
They appears to have not resided in Carnamah and leased and later sold their farm to Maurice Boyton CLARK [3]
