Son of Sidney Frederick MORRELL and Constance Ayles ROSSITER ^{[15] [120: 1-Jun-1907]}
His father was a nephew of Lachlan Wilson MACPHERSON of Carnamah and Mrs Elizabeth Kniest MALEY of Greenough ^[15]
His parents had married in 1906 and at the time of his birth were living in York ^{[15] [39: 24-May-1907]}
Three days after his birth his mother passed away at the age of 27 years and was buried at the Northam Cemetery ^[138]
Methodist Minister in Ravensthorpe until being transferred to Three Springs in 1934 ^{[5: 23-Mar-1934, 13-Apr-1934]}
Conducted services in Carnamah, Caron, Waddy Forest, Three Springs, Arrino, Dudawa and Yandanooka ^[5]
Presided over the Methodist Home Mission Social and Concert held in Carnamah on Tuesday 24 April 1934 ^{[5: 27-Apr-1934]}
Attended the Dance held at the Carnamah Hall on Saturday 30 June 1934 to raise funds for Church organ repairs ^{[5: 6-Jul-1934]}
