After a time shifted to Perth where he worked as a Tractor Salesman and then Katanning where he worked as a Stock Salesman ^[201]
In December 1942 they shifted back to Mount Leonora Farm in Three Springs^[201]
He and his brother Jim leased and farmed their father-in-law's Mount LeonoraFarm in Three Springs in 1943 ^[201]
They farmed Mount Leonora together in partnership as "Clune Bros" until dissolving partnership when he leased Parakalia Farm ^[201]
