On Christmas Eve in 1949 her engagement to Norman KEALLEY was announced in The West Australian newspaper ^{[39: 24-Dec-1949]}
Married Norman Clare KEALLEY in 1951 ^[66]
Her husband worked as a cabinetmaker and in 1958 they were living at 175 Spencer Street in Bunbury ^[50]
After her father retired due to ill health in 1959 she and her mother took over his business in Nannup ^[P150]
Resided with her husband on Warren Road in Nannup ^[50]
