The 470 acres was Lot M826 of Victoria Location 2020, which cost £399/10/- (17/- per acre) and was payable by instalments ^[27]
From 1911 to 1914 his 470 acres was presumably farmed by Frederick HORNSBY who'd purchased the adjacent two lots ^{[27] [44]}
Later also acquired the 491 acre Lot M819 of Victoria Location 2020 in Three Springs from John C. WALKER ^{[27] [44]}
Died 1934 ^[15]
