Resided on the corner of Walter and Melville Streets 1905-1921 and then at 50 Victoria Avenue, Claremont [6]
Purchased the one acre Lot 107 of the Three Springs townsite from the Midland Railway Company on 5 July 1909 [27]
She owned Lot 107 until at least 1924 and had purchased it for £20, which was payable by installments over six months [27] [44]
Her brother Frederick W. PARRICK and her husband were the owners of Petan Farm in Winchester [6] [19] [44]
In about 1912 she acquired the 300 acre Victoria Location 4516 near Petan Creek, which became part of Petan Farm [44]
Five years later she obtained a further 1,750 acres in Victoria Location 4110 which also became part of Petan Farm [44]
Both her blocks in Winchester were later listed in the name of her husband in rate books of the Carnamah District Road Board [3]
Following the departure of her brother from Winchester their Petan Farm was managed by James ARMSTRONG 1918-1928 [P263]
Her husband sold some and leased the remainder of Petan Farm in Winchester to William J. PETHICK [3] [4: 21-Apr-1928] [44]
Her Victoria Locations 4110 and 4516 were leased to William J. PETHICK until being sold to him on 9 November 1934 [3]
Resided of late in the Perth suburb of Nedlands [2]
