"Death of Mrs. R. S. Pascoe - On Thursday afternoon (July 14) Mrs. R. S. Pascoe of Three Springs died in the North Midlands Hospital, Three Springs. The deceased lady was 46 years of age and had been in a state of ill-health for some time and was an inmate of the hospital five weeks prior to her death. She leaves a husband and two children, aged eight and two years respectively, and to them the heartfelt sympathy of a wide circle of friends is extended. The funeral took place at the Three Springs cemetery at 11 a.m. on Saturday and there was a service in the Anglican Church at 10.30 a.m. The Rev. Chard, Rector of Three Springs, officiated at the service and at the graveside. The chief mourners were Mr. R. S. Pascoe and children, Mrs. M. A. Pettit and sons, Mr. and Mrs. T. Watson and family, Mrs S. Howard and family and Mrs. S. J. Pascoe. The Pall Bearers were Messrs E. W. Franklin, R. Fogarty, W. Howard and H. Rogers. Wreathes were placed on the grave by Husband, Reg., Son John and Daughter Margaret; Brother Sam Evill, wife and family; Mrs. M. A. Pettit and family; Mrs. S. A. Pascoe and Elsie; Mr. and Mrs. Stephen; Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Pascoe; Mr. and Mrs. T. Watson and family; Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Howard and family; Mr. and Mrs. E. Pearce and family; Mr. and Mrs. E. Joyce and Mr. Joyce Snr; Misses M. and L. Pearce; Mr. and Mrs. H. Rowe, Arrino; Mr. and Mrs. Stokes and family and Mr Browning; Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Thomas Jnr.; Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Especially do they thank Matron Coffey and the staff of the Three Springs Hospital; Dr. Mayrhofer; Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Stokes and Mrs. Browning. Will all kind friends please accept this as a personal expression of sincere gratitude."
