During the last days of life her mother asked her father to take she and her brothers to Western Australia [P475]
Her mother wanted her sister Anna and her husband's brother Michael to help raise them and be of support to their father [P475]
Following the death of her mother and brother she immigrated to Western Australia with her father and surviving brother Charles [P475]
They departed Liverpool, England on the steamship Waimana and arrived in Fremantle, Western Australia on 31 January 1912 [338]

Exhibited embroidery and crochet at agricultural shows in Chapman Valley, Mullewa and Mingenew and at the Perth Royal Show [P475]
Later resided at 66 Marchamley Street in the Perth suburb of Carlisle, which following a road restructure changed to number 68 [P475]
