From The Moora Herald and Midland Districts Advocate newspaper, Tuesday 6 June 1916:
"Three Springs - Mrs Hagan has presented Frank with another son. Frank was unable to be present at the presentation and up to the time of writing this, has not had the opportunity of deciding whether the new arrival has a tenor or baritone voice. As far as appearances go I can assure Frank that the baby boy is "right up to Cocker" in every respect and shows a marked predilection for anything pertaining to railways."
