In March 1910 called for tenders for the sinking of a 1,000-yard dam and for the erecting of four miles of fencing [39: 22-Mar-1910]
At the same time also called for tenders for 1,000 jam posts, strainers and struts; and a quantity of gimlet wood for building [39]
