In 1928 sold out his share of the property to brothers "Andy" Anthony and "Jack" John ROCCHI [27]

In 1936 he was working as a Drover and living on Rockingham Road in the Perth suburb of Fremantle [50]
Resided of late in the southern coastal Perth suburb of Safety Bay [2]
Died 10 December 1995; buried Fremantle Cemetery, Perth suburb of Palmyra (Anglican, A4, 129) [2]
