Rate Books of the Carnamah District Road Board reveal he must have leased the farm to Carl OLSON [3]
Sold the 835 acres to Arthur WHITE on 1 December 1933 [27]
Resided of late in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley [2]
Died 22 September 1935; buried Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth WA (Anglican, ZB, 219)[2]
