Resided in Northam prior to enlisting in the Australian Army on 23 November 1942[16]
Sergeant WX35365 in the Australian Army's 69 Australian Ack & Searchlight Battery during the Second World War [16]
Discharged from the Australian Army on 1 April 1946 [16]
Married Edith Jean COLE in 1946 [66]
In 1949 he was working as a Technician and living at 86A First Avenue in the Perth suburb of Mount Lawley [50]

"Births - SHEAHAN - on January 13, at Dongara, to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Sheahan, of Arrino - a son (Thomas Kevin). Both well."
