Builder and Contractor of Moora and later of the Perth suburb of Cottesloe[P10] [9: 23-Feb-1923]
In April 1912 was contracted by the Midland Railway Company to build 13 houses in Winchester [34]
The 13 houses were situated on the Midland Railway Company's farms that were part of the Improved Farm Scheme [34]
The houses consisted of six three roomed houses at £192 each and seven four roomed houses at £264 each [34]
In 1914 was engaged by the Midland Railway Company to build houses on their farms in Coorow [27]
Included in the houses he built in Coorow were those on Lots M963, M967, M968, M969 and M971 [27]
In mid 1914 was working on constructing a house for the Midland Railway Company on Lot M945 in Carnamah [34]
Also built a house that became known as The Gables on Yarra Street, Carnamah for Henry PARKIN [P10]
In April 1916 undertook extensions to John MCINTOSH's farmhouse in Winchester for £37 [34]
Built the 50 by 25 foot jarrah weatherboard Coorow Agricultural Hall, which was opened 1 February 1923 [9: 23-Feb-1923]
