Never Saw Son
"Corporal Tycho Folland, reported killed in action in Syria on July 6, leaves a baby son whom he has never met. The baby was born after Corporal Folland reached Palestine. Three of four days before he was killed he was told that he could have special leave to visit his sister, Sister E. A. Folland, in Jerusalem. A brother and brother-in-law were in the same unit at Corporal Folland and another brother has now joined the A.I.F. Corporal Folland was the second son of Mr and Mrs W. Folland of Katanning."
