Retained ownership of his 1,000 acres in Waddy Forest which may have sat idle as it was listed as "vacant" rather than "farm" [3]
Along with his wife and daughter spent a holiday in October 1935 visiting friends in Waddy Forest [5: 11-Oct-1935]
While on his visit he placed a notice in The North Midland Times newspaper that no timber was to be removed from his holding [5]
In 1937 his postal address was PO Box 170, Port Augusta [3]
Sold his 1,000 acre Lot M1372 in Waddy Forest to George E. PETERS of Waddy Forest on 20 January 1937 [3]
