Her sister Mrs Mina BOTHE, brother-in-law Heinie, niece May and nephews Charlie and Baxter had settled in Coorow in 1910 [P15]

She extended her farm to a total of 1,517 acres with the purchase of 400 acres from Mrs Esther M. GRANT on 23 January 1929 [27]

She took delivery of a new Graham Bros truck in Coorow during September 1928 [428: 14-Sep-1928]

The Midland Railway Company rescinded the sale on her Lot M1745 on 19 June 1935, and later resold it to James T. C. HAWORTH [27]
Around the same time she appears to have sold her 400 acre Lot M1548 to her nephew Charles C. BOTHE of Coorow [3]
After leaving Coorow she and her husband lived at 67 Malcolm Street and later at 45 Havelock Street in West Perth [39: 2-May-1942] [50]

Funerals
"Mr. M. F. A. Climie who met with a serious accident on the Sons of Gwalia mine on the 7th inst., succumbed to his injuries at Nurse Allen's private hospital on the 13th. The deceased leaves a wife and one child to mourn their loss. The funeral took place on the afternoon of the 15th, when the deceased was buried in the Church of England portion of the cemetery, Leonora. The coffin was placed in the church on the Thursday, and allowed to remain until the next afternoon, when the first part of the funeral service was conducted by the rector, the Rev. W. Witt Gregson, who also d livered an appropriate address. While the Dead March in "Saul" was being played the coffin was carried out of the church and placed in the hearse. The chief mourners were the deceased's widow (Mrs Climie), Mrs Climie, of Perth (mother), Mr G. Climie (brother), and Mr Newman (brother-in-law). Many floral tributes were sent. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr J. C. Semken."
