Later resided with her husband at Irwin where her husband was the local Postmaster and a Farmer [6]
Their son Hector was born in Dongara on 8 November 1900 and died on 6 December 1900, aged 27 days [15] [142]
Her husband buried their daughter Lily in a private cemetery at Irwin following her death on 16 March 1914, aged 2 days [151]
On 5 October 1923 purchased Harold J. COPE and Leonard WOOD's 865 acre farm east of Carnamah [27]
The 865 acre farm was Lot M1078 of Victoria Location 1937 and had been taken up by COPE and WOOD in 1921 [27]
Included in the sale were all improvements to the property, a 1000 gallon tank and a new spring cart [P140]
The 865 acre farm became known as Glen Rock and was farmed be her elder sons Rupe and Don [P80]
On 13 July 1925 purchased from the Midland Railway Company a farm of 980 acres in Carnamah [27]
The 980 acre farm was Lot M1567 of Victoria Location 1937 and cost £490, payable by instalments over 15 years [27]
The farm became known as Wyulda and was farmed by her younger sons Mick, Locke and Harry [P80]

Ownership of Wyulda was transferred into her the names of her sons Mick and Harry in the early 1940s [3] [27]
